Medical Supervision & State Licensure Disclosure

All clinical care described as “doctor-guided,” “medically supervised,” or “clinician-led” on this site is overseen by the licensed physicians and pharmacist named below. License numbers and states

  • All 50 statesActive

Individual state license numbers available upon request

Issuing board: State medical boards of the patient's location of care

License status may be independently verified through the issuing state medical board. Services are not offered to patients located outside the states where the treating clinician is licensed.

Scope of supervision

Clinical protocols, prescribing decisions, medication review, and treatment plans are reviewed and approved by the supervising clinicians. Where care is delivered by an advanced practice clinician, that clinician practices under a written collaborative or supervisory agreement consistent with the requirements of the patient's state.

Telehealth is not appropriate for emergencies. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department.

Questions or complaints

Patients may contact the practice to request information about the supervising clinicians' credentials, or file a complaint with the state medical board or pharmacy board of the state where care was received.

NAD+ and longevity claims: evidence and limitations

Where our materials reference NAD+, cellular repair, or healthy aging, those statements describe findings from published preclinical and early clinical research — not proven outcomes for any individual patient. NAD+ is a coenzyme required for DNA-repair enzymes (PARPs) and sirtuins, and its tissue levels decline with age. Human trials of NAD+ precursors have consistently shown that oral supplementation raises blood NAD+ levels and is well tolerated, but clinical benefit endpoints such as longevity, reversal of aging, or DNA-repair capacity in humans have not been established.

We do not claim that NAD+ therapy repairs DNA, extends lifespan, or replaces surgical or medical treatment. Any protocol is provided as part of clinician-supervised care after individual evaluation.

Review of how NAD+ supports sirtuin and PARP-dependent DNA repair, and how NAD+ availability declines with age.
